Re-lo is a real estate intelligence and matching platform. As of this writing we are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We refer transactions to licensed brokers, attorneys, title companies, and lenders in the appropriate jurisdiction. A licensed brokerage arm is on our roadmap.
Creative-finance specific
Subject-to, seller-financed, assumable, and wholesale transactions carry unique risks beyond a conventional purchase, including but not limited to due-on-sale clause enforcement, lender consent requirements, recording-statute considerations, securities-law implications (in some structures), and credit-event implications for both buyer and seller. The legality and practical risk of each structure varies by state and by the specific facts of your transaction. Always consult a real-estate attorney licensed in the relevant state before entering any creative-finance transaction.
Listing accuracy
Listing data is sourced from a combination of user submissions, third-party providers, and manual admin entry. Re-lo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. You must independently verify all material facts with the listing party, a licensed real-estate professional, and your own legal counsel.
Estimates are estimates
Monthly carry estimates, deal scores, after-repair values, rental income projections, and any other numeric output of our intelligence layer are model-derived approximations. They should never be used as the sole basis for a purchase decision. Re-lo assumes no liability for differences between estimates and actual market or transaction outcomes.
